Q: How much are weddings at The Barn at Sunset Ranch?

A: 2025 weekday weddings are $7,000 and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday weddings are $8,500.

Q: How do we book the attached couples suite?

A: Let us know that you’d like to reserve our adorable two bedroom farmhouse style couples suite for your wedding night for an additional $300 and we’ll have it perfect and ready for you to arrive as newlyweds!

A: Our calendar of availability is below. 

 

Q: How many people does The Barn accommodate?

A: The Reception area is for up to 160 Guests.

From Denver International Airport: 2.5 hours

  • Exit the terminal on Pena Boulevard for 12 miles
  • Merge onto I70 West for 24 miles
  • Take Exit 260 for CO- 470 E / Hwy 470 E toward Colorado Springs for 6 miles
  • Take the exit for US-285S toward Fairplay for 103 miles
  •  Turn right onto US-24 W for 2.5 miles

 

From Colorado Springs Airport: 2 hours

  • Head north on Milton E Proby Parkway Airport Exit toward Service Rd for .5 miles
  • Take US-24 W toward Buena Vista for 75 miles
  • Turn left onto US-24 W/US Hwy 285 S for 14 miles
  • Turn right onto US-24 W for 2.5 miles

 

Driving Directions from “the light” in Buena Vista

  • From the intersection of Highway 24 and Main Street, head west on West Main Street for .8 miles
  • Turn left on Rodeo Road for .9 miles
  • Turn right on Gregg Drive for 1 mile
  • Turn left on CR 337B and follow the signs for The Barn at Sunset Ranch
